Even when you’re not using your plasma cutter, the dust and fine particles of dirt and debris floating in the air in your shop or outdoors will inevitably make their way into your plasma cutter. Eventually, the layer of gunk inside your machine will foul up your power supply, which is why we recommend protecting your plasma cutter with a dust cover when you’re not using it.
Hypertherm makes their dust covers from a flame-retardant denier fabric with a vinyl coating for maximum protection from dust and airborne debris. These covers are made entirely in the USA and each is designed to fit perfectly on the Hypertherm unit it’s designed for.
Note: Never operate your Powermax unit with the cover on.
